Library Information

The library is staffed by volunteers who endeavor to help patrons with their queries and give suggestions for further avenues of research.

  • Non-member user fee: $4.00 per day.
  • Members may borrow ten (10) items for four (4) weeks.
  • Photocopier on-site.
  • Internet access.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 am to 3 pm
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month 10 am to 3 pm
Exceptions: Canada Day, Remembrance Day &
Closed over the Christmas break: 3 weeks from mid-December

During times of inclement and extreme weather – excessive snow fall, icy road conditions, extreme temperatures – volunteers are reminded that it is their decision on whether to go in and open the library or not. Perhaps a phone call to your working partner(s) the night before will help to make your decision.
Patrons must understand that we will not ask our volunteers to go out in weather conditions that are dangerous or uncomfortable. We advise that on days like we’re currently experiencing, patrons phone the library after 10:00 AM. If there is no answer you may assume that the library will not open that day.
