My wife and I are looking for her Great Uncle William Hatton who first homesteaded near Dafoe Sask.
About 1911 he sold to his brother David Hatton and moved away, and the family lost contact with him.
His other brother James Hatton moved from Sask to British Columbia and died in Vancouver in 1965.
We would be interested in any contact or information.

RUSSELL, RED DEER, early 1900's - Alice Watson married Robert Henry Russell in 1910 in London, England and then emigrated to Canada. Alice had a daughter, Mary Josephine, prior to her marriage (born c1901). All three settled in the Red Deer area, farming. I have found them in the 1916 census but know nothing more. Alice was the sister of my great grandfather and I would love to know what happened to the family, especially Mary as my great grandparents raised her while her mother worked as a ladies maid in London. They were heartbroken when she left.

Bittner 's from Bohemia
Thank you so much for providing this board to help in my search for this elusive family of mine.
My goal is to find where in Bohemia they came from.
Vaclav Bittner and wife Mary immigrated to Canada from Bohemia around 1883 or 1884. They came to Nebraska, USA settling in first Wilber, Saline county, Nebraska and then they lived in the next county east, Lancaster county near a small town called Kramer. Vaclav was my gg-grandfather, his daughter, Anna, my greatgrandmother.
When they came to Nebraska they had three children with them, Anna, born in 1869, Anton, born about 1873 and Mary, born about 1875, all were born in Bohemia. All three children married while living in Wilber, Nebraska, a very predominently Czech town.
Anna and her husband remained in Nebraska living near Kramer. Mary married a Mr. Nelson and they has several children and they remained in Nebraska living in several different parts of Nebraska. Family history said that Anton, who married a Mary Kovarik, moved back to Canada. Anton and wife had two daughters born in Nebraska in the late 1890"s.
I could not find Anton and family after the 1900
