Looking for Milojka Lydia Yagarich nee Petric
Milojka Petric (born in 1932) married Rudollf Jagaric In Osijek (former Yugoslavia, now Croatia). They were provisionally separated because he moved to Calgary Alberta where he ammended his name to Rudolph Yagarich. She joined him in 1962. and changed her name to Milojka Lydia Yagarich. They got divorced in 1970 and shortly afterwards she remmarried another man whose lastname I do not know (supposedly he was a manager in the Perfume Factory). They then moved to Las Vegas NV where she still lives.
I would deeply appreciate getting any information on the name of Milojka's second spouse.

I am looking for any information on a Charles timothy marsden, which would be his adopted name. His birth name was Timothy Thor Isbestor. He was born in the Edmonton area approx. 18 years ago. He was adopted when he was approx. a year and a half and went to live with the Marsdens in Fort Sask. with his half brother or brothers. I was his foster mother from the day he came home from the hospital until he was adopted. I would love to hear from him and know how he is going. Not a day goes by that I do not think about Timmy and wonder how he is. Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Wendy

I am trying to find out the birthplace of my mother. Her father and brothers immigrated from Hungary in the late 1800s. All I can get out of family is that she was born in a tent at a coal mine in Alberta near the Sask. border. Date of birth is September 5, 1903. She had 5 other sibilings.
She married in Arbury, Sask. to my father William Paul Laslo (Laszlo) who was born in Istensegetis, Bukovina, Austria/Hungary on March 17, 1893 and immigrated to Arbury when he was about 17 with his family consisting of 5 siblings. I have a lot of geneology information regarding my father's heritage but virtually nothing re my mom.
Thanks for anyone who can help.

Looking for sibling
I am looking for a half sibling my mother put up for adoption sometime between 1948 - 1953. I believe I am looking for a boy but not completely sure.
The mother's name was Lillian Ellen Carter, she went by Ellen. Assume babys name would have be changed upon adoption.
Ellen became pregnant to a married man she worked with and had to put the baby up for adoption. I am not sure whether he was born in Edmonton or Red Deer as her family was from Red Deer but her sister was nursing in Edmonton.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to find out some information about the family of my Grand Uncle Andrew McGown, specifically on the 1916 Census. When Andrew "enlisted" to serve in WWI on June 23, 1915, he gave his address as 747 2nd St., Edmonton, and his next of kin, wife Isabella McGown. I have not been able to find Isabella on the 1916 census, nor have I been able to locate 2nd Ave., Edmonton, on the census (using Ancestry.ca). Does anyone have any idea how I could proceed? I'd appreciate any input.

SODKE in MANOLA Alberta
Looking for information about the Sodkes From Manola. Juljusz Sodke was born abt. 1901 in Poland and immigrated to Canada on 30APR1930 in Halifax.
There is a record of him crossing into the USA at Niagara Falls in the late 1940's. On this record he lists his Canadian contact as his son in Manola AB. He was in the USA visiting his uncle Henry Sonnenburg in Pennsylvania.
I have no information regarding his wife. He did have four children, Jack (now living in BC I believe), Walter (deceased), Hilda and Elsie (deceased). At some point before crossing the border, he changed his name to Juliane Sodke. He spoke German.
Any information would be appreciated.

EDWARDS,THOMAS HENRY, CALGARY 1912
Searching for any information regarding Thomas Henry Edwards please. He was born in Middlesbrough, UK in 1880, and died in Calgary as the result of an accident on 17th August 1912. In the 1901 Census for England his occupation was as a 'plater' -presumably in the iron/steelworks and possibly he could have done the same in Calgary? As far as I know he was single.
Any help would be gratefully received.
