Probate Indexes
Alberta Probate/Surrogate Court records housed at the Provincial Archives of Alberta (PAA) are being indexed by Provincial Archives of Alberta (PAA) and the Edmonton Branch, AGS volunteers. This is an ongoing project and more indexes will be made available as each court accession is completed.
How to order copies of the Probate Files
Copies of these files can be obtained by submitting the following information:
- Title of Probate Collection
- Full Name
- Box
- File Number
Send your requests by email or regular mail.
A fee of $5.00 + $0.50 per page is charged by for a copy of each file.
